Shipping & Payment

All successful orders placed before 2pm Mon – Fri will be despatched the same day. Any orders placed after 2pm on Friday or over the weekend will be despatched on Monday (Tuesday in case of a bank holiday). Working days are Monday to Friday. UK Bank holidays are not included as working days. All UK deliveries should arrive within 2 full working days.

Our Shipping Partners are Parcelforce and Speedshift (Pallet Delivery).

Extra Delivery Information:

Parcelforce come with a tracking number. You can track your order by entering the unique tracking number you’re automatically emailed when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. If you miss your delivery, The delivery company will leave a calling card which you can call back to arrange delivery for an alternative day. The delivery company will try to attempt delivery the next day as well.
